Civil  works

Provide constructions of on plot civil work below and above ground for plant structure & plant building.

Steel structure

Can set a fabrication shop on site and fabrication ex-shop steel or supply fabricated steel from our fabrication shop ready for erection , full erection uses all assembly techniques.

Major vessel fabrication

Offers a wealth of experience in job site fabrication of heavy vessels that must be transported in smaller section.

Storage Tank

Through rich experience in this field full range services in storage tank are provided by us including design , procurement foundation fabrication and erection.

Static & Rotary

Experience in equipment erection is vast and complete for example , the turbines & boilers as well as combined cycle power plants that are operating in Indonesia still bear whiteness or our efforts.

Piping & Ducting

Fabrication & erection full range of material from cast iron ,  carbon & stainless steel to high alloy steel such as titanium ,  applied to extremely high and low pressure temperature.

Electrical & instrument

Both in process & thermal plant ,  experience in electrical installation is extensive just an indication of the capability that possess & experienced in this field with all leading manufacture of instrument & devices both electronic & pneumatic.

Refractory and Insulation

Based on the wide range of experience and complete knowledge of high temperature refractory , our provides whole service by specialists.

Painting & Coating

All requirement for surface preparation, painting and coating services are provided.

Scaffolding Rental & Erection Service

We also provide rental scaffolding pipes and conduct assembly and disassembly.

Chemical cleaning

We have all the necessary equipment and qualified staff to do complete chemical cleaning for new industrial plant or old plants need refurbishing.

Test & Pre – commissioning

According to the specification and project schedule, we can provides complete services for the execution of all necessary test and preparation for commissioning.

Assistance Commissioning

Through the vendor’s participation ,  we can offer the following ; Supply of supervision ,  Supply consumable’s , and hand tools required ,  Technical manpower assistance to commissioning activities.

Procurement

Procurement service can provide the following service to obtain competitive price, firm delivery and high quality products and service locally and worldwide ; domestic & overseas purchasing.

Plant Maintenance

In many of the project site after the completion of erection we has been entrusted with the maintenance work of those plants as a sign of confidence of the client to is performance and capability.
